‍ *आरक्षण हमारा संवैधानिक अधिकार है, भीख नहीं* ‍

‘आरक्षण विरोधी’, अज्ञानी इतना भी नहीं जानते कि *किस आरक्षण की सीमा 10 वर्ष थी।* अगर जानते हैं तो *गलत प्रचार* करते हैं और अपनी अज्ञान और घटिया सोच का परिचय देते हैं।

राजनीतिक ताकतों ने सिर्फ वोट बैंक के लिए भारतीय जनमानस को ये जानने ही नहीं दिया कि आरक्षण केवल 10 वर्ष के लिए ही नहीं है …… आरक्षण विरोधियों ! ये बातें पहले जान लो :–

दलितों, आदिवासियों और पिछड़ों के आरक्षण समर्थक सभी ये जान लें कि आरक्षण 10 वर्षों के लिए कभी भी नहीं था।

आरक्षण 4 प्रकार के हैं :—

1. पोलिटिकल रिजर्वेशन

2. रिजर्वेशन इन एजुकेशन

3. रिजर्वेशन इन एम्प्लॉयमेंट

4. रिजर्वेशन इन प्रमोशन

*अनुच्छेद 330 के अनुसार लोकसभा में और अनुच्छेद 332 के अनुसार विधानसभा में SC/ST को आरक्षण प्राप्त है और अनुच्छेद 334 में लिखा है कि प्रत्येक 10 वर्षो में लोकसभा और विधान सभा में मिले आरक्षण की समीक्षा होगी* और यही वो अनुच्छेद है जिसकी ग़लतफ़हमी सभी को है।

सभी लोग ये जान लें : *”ये सरासर झूठ है की सभी प्रकार के आरक्षण सिर्फ 10 वर्ष के लिए थे।”*

अब दूसरे तीसरे और चौथे प्रकार के आरक्षण पर आते हैं :–

अनुच्छेद 15 और 16 जो की मूलभूत संवैधानिक अधिकार हैं, इसमें सम्मिलित *15(4) और 16(4) में शिक्षा और रोजगार में SC/ST को आरक्षण दिया गया है*,

और जो ये मूलभूत अधिकार है, इन्हें कोई बदल नहीं सकता~~~ क्योंकि ये मूलभूत संवैधानिक अधिकार हैं।

” संविधान लागू होने के बाद सत्ताधारी वर्ग और विपक्ष ने जानबूझ कर ये ग़लतफ़हमी फैलाई कि रोजगार और शिक्षा में आरक्षण सिर्फ 10 साल के लिए था”

हमारे सभी SC, ST, OBC/ बहुजन/ मूलनिवासी भाइयों से निवेदन है की इस सच्चाई को सबके सामने लायें कि *रोजगार और शिक्षा में आरक्षण सिर्फ 10 साल के लिए नहीं हमेशा के लिए है।*

हमेशा —- का मतलब:–

*”जाति व्यवस्था जब तक, आरक्षण व्यवस्था तब तक”*

और यह *आरक्षण* बाबासाहेब द्वारा जीवन भर विपरीत परिस्थितियों में किये अत्यधिक कठिन संघर्ष की वजह से *लन्दन में गोलमेज सम्मेलन* में जद्दोजहद के दौरान तत्कालीन प्रधानमन्त्री रैम्जे मैक्डॉनाल्ड द्वारा दिए गए महान *कम्युनल अवार्ड* जिसका भारत में पुणे की यरवदा जेल में मोहनदास कर्मचन्द गांधी के किये घोर विरोध में *आमरण अनशन* से उपजे *पूना पैक्ट* से मिला आरक्षण का अधिकार है। जिस पूना पैक्ट पर बाबासाहेब ने गांधी के आमरण अनशन से प्राण बचाने के लिए मजबूरी में हस्ताक्षर किये।

वर्ना *कम्युनल अवार्ड* से हमारा चहुँमुखी विकास होना था। जिसमे बाबासाहेब ने हमे 2 अधिकार दिलवाए थे –

1. सेपरेट एलेक्टरेट

2. सेपरेट सेटलमेंट

*और ये दोनों अधिकार सिख, पारसी, मुस्लिम समाज को पहले से ही प्राप्त थे।*

इस कम्युनल अवार्ड पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा अगले मैसेज में करेंगे।

अब फ़िलहाल इस सच्चाई को सबके सामने लायें कि *रोजगार और शिक्षा में आरक्षण सिर्फ 10 साल के लिए नहीं हमेशा के लिए है।*
